The warmer and riper 2012 Single Vineyard Los Aromos Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of very ripe plums and dark cherries with intense balsamic notes hinting on mint and plenty of cigar box and cedar wood too. The full-bodied palate is lush, has a creamy texture, moderate acidity and plenty of dusty tannins. This is a powerful, ripe Cabernet. 15,000 bottles.
