We’re confident that the products we offer represent excellent value, however, In the event that your purchased item is damaged, or differs from the one you ordered; Zippy Wines would be honored to accept your claim in accordance with the policies that are outlined below.
ZippyWines (Five King Wines) understands that there will be times when products may be damaged during delivery. Zippy Wines will honor claims for reimbursement in such events. Once your return is received and inspected by our shipping center (within 48 hours), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. In order to process claims, Zippy Wines requires that the customer who received the delivery return all damaged products at the direction of Zippy Wines, and we may make the arrangements for the delivery company to pick up the damaged items free of charge to the customer; we request that you fill out required forms for a prompt processing of your claim and refund. If a vintage listed is not currently available we will do our best to substitute it with the next available vintage if wine or champagne. Please consider that if you do not return the damaged products, then Zippy Wines cannot process a refund. Customers have to file a claim for damaged goods within 10 days of receipt of the order. If an engraved order is returned, it will be discarded and no refund will be made due to the personalized nature of the purchased item.
